Contact your treating team first and say what you have noticed, where, and how long ago it started. If the team cannot be reached, call the hospital main line. For a red-flag symptom — severe pain out of proportion, a change in the colour of the skin over a treated area, any change in vision, or fever with spreading redness — go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Arranging an assessment

Dissolving is assessed in the outpatient clinic of the Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics Medical Center at Chongqing West District Hospital, 301 Huafu Avenue North Section, Jiulongpo District, Chongqing. Call the outpatient line, or use the channel described on the appointments page, and say that you are asking about dissolving filler.

What to bring

Say what you were injected with, if you know it, and bring any record or card you were given. If the product is unknown, say so rather than guessing, because it changes what is possible. Bring a list of your medication, the dates of your previous injections, and photographs taken since, which often show the change better than a description.

What the consultation establishes

Whether the material can be dissolved at all, what is present and how much of it, whether there is something else going on such as a nodule or an infection, how much agent would be used and in how many sessions, and what the area is expected to look like afterwards. You should leave knowing what dissolving can achieve in your case and what it cannot.

Fees, records and privacy

This site does not quote prices, because the plan depends on the assessment and is discussed directly at consultation. What was injected, what was found and what was done is documented so that the record follows you. Clinical photographs are taken for planning and follow-up, and are not published or used for teaching without a separate consent you are free to refuse.
